   We’ll invite you to a private Slack channel so we can keep communication fast and easy.

2. Custom Dashboard Setup - (First 24hrs)
   You’ll get a personalized dashboard where you can track video progress, give feedback, and stay in the loop.

3. Google Drive Folder - (First 24hrs)
   We’ll set up a shared Drive folder where you can upload raw footage, assets, and references.

4. Video Brand Book - (Day 2 and 3)
   We’ll build a custom brand guide based on your fonts, colors, and preferred editing style — to keep your content consistent.

5. Test Edits & Style Direction (Day 4 through 7)
   We'll create a few test edits to lock in your style and make sure we're fully aligned before diving into your content queue.
